Unfortunately we did not have a great experience at this hotel. It was clean and well kept, and right next to the bio-dome which was great! However, we requested an infant bed for our daughter which they didn’t tell us that they couldn’t provide one until 1 hour before check in. We had already arrived in the city. We also were told that the restaurant would be open and when we went down to get a table they couldn’t accommodate us. The food looked good so we ordered room service from the restaurant instead and were told we would have to go down to the restaurant to pick it up. After picking it up, we had our meal and started dessert come to find out that the cheese layer in the cake had gone bad. When i went back down to speak to someone about it the reply from the restaurant manager was “yes maybe it went bad”. It didn’t leave me feeling great. On top of that he offered us a refund for the dessert that went bad and then refunded the wrong credit card. I didn’t bother calling to correct it as I just don’t want to continue to deal with this. The last and final issue I had was the room temperature. It was so hot in the room and the hotel had not turned on the AC or had anyway to cool the room down. It was very humid and uncomfortable. In the end I don’t think I would recommend this hotel. It didn’t leave me with a great feeling!
