"Very pleased we chose this hotel. The location is excellent - very close to Friedrichstrasse train station and within easy walking distance of all the attractions. Lots of options nearby for dining. "It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"From start to finish the stay was very good. The descriptions were fine and I have no cause to complain. The decor is not really my style but it was perfectly acceptable. Location was great, right next to the train station (the reason I chose it). Is it my favourite hotel in Berlin? - no but it is just a personal thing.I've definitely stayed in worse so if you can get a good price then you will be Ok here."
