"This is a very nice rental in a great area. I knew just a little about Lima when I booked this reservation, but I made the right choice sellectiong this apartment. It is a easy 10 min walk to Love Park, Kennedy Park, and the Larcomar Mall. Lots of great restaurants are within easy walking distance and the area feels very safe. The owner is very responsive and was very helpful on my trip, and even arranged transportation to and from the airport. The apartment was clean upon my arrival and...

"On long stays, we prefer a home as opposed to a hotel. This one was perfect. Exactly as described, secure parking, all of the amenities of home. Miguel, the host's representative, very pleasant, accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. The property owner was also very quick to respond questions and was able to book our dates on very short notice (in about 24-48 hours)...we tend to just up and go for holiday. haha. Overall..Excellent, as the title says!!"
