The staff was not equipped to manage the overbooking situation in a professional manner. Promised a refund and did not provide it. They gave us a room key fir a room already occupied.

We love staying here whenever we have an activity at the Excel or Roy Wilkinson’s Auditorium. It is a quick walk from the venue and easy to get to. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful.

Came to town for a hockey game, wonderful location for that. Very nice staff, super helpful and went above and beyond to help us check in early when we got into town. Clean rooms and lobbies. Beds and feather pillows were fine. I’ve had better, I’ve had much worse. Always had a hot shower and good water pressure. We slept in and missed breakfast everyday so I can’t respond about that but they do keep coffee and I think cocoa on all day. Loved that you needed a key card to enter the building and that they had door staff given that it is right in the heart of downtown. There were a few restaurant options nearby, mostly expensive or bar type food but they were good and open late. We will be staying here again when we come to town for hockey.

They never said it was a mandatory valet. They simply said in the description the parking was available. However, I have a rental car and I signed in agreement that I would be the only one driving the car so I cannot give it to a valet. Once this was explained, they allowed me to drive my car into the valet parking, but it seemed like an awkward situation, which I would’ve just as soon avoided, had I known

Staff was incredibly friendly and worked hard. Special shout-out to breakfast staff who strived to keep hot food and clean dining area. Also to the valet service for being quick and careful with vehicles.

Great place to stay for Wild games. You can see the X from the property. Lots of places around it within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

I was very happy with the hotel. The staff was friendly and so helpful. The hotel was very clean and in such a convenient location. I loved the valet parking service! We will be staying again!

We liked that you could walk with in a block to several bars and restaurants, and despite the busy area, once in your room, the traffic was quiet. Didn't like the outside vendor that didn't respect our room or the breakfast eating area.

Hotel is in a great location in St. Paul. When I checked in they stated I was already checked in but I wasn't. Once we got through that, they provided me my keys to my room in which when I entered, there were already people in that room. When I told the front desk, they were not very apologetic and didnt offer anything for the inconvenience. The people who were in my room were also extremely upset someone came into their room. Tried to put me in another room but also tried to charge me more. After going back and for the and having to wait longer while they checked other people in, they finally fixed everything and blamed in on a glitch in their system. We ended up staying but did not feel safe. Since they gave me keys to someone elses room, I felt like someone was going to come into my room.
