The air conditioning was super loud making it difficult to sleep. We had no hot water to shower in the morning and the front desk blamed it on something going on outside the property and didn’t even apologize. The decorations in the lobby are rather tacky. The breakfast wasn’t very good.

Don’t listen to the 10 start reviews, this place is a dive. Stayed for two hours in my room the hvac unit did not work, room was sweltering and it would only blow hot air. Had to checkout and leave because of a family situation at home after just 2 hours of being in my room, they would not offer a refund. Absolutely would never consider this place again.

We were asked not to smoke in the room during Check-in and then we got up to our room and our room smelled Like somebody had smoked a carton of cigarettes right before we came. It was terrible me and my husband both got sick from it.We would never stay here again. The pool also wasn't in swimming condition.

It’s easy access off of Highway 894 a typical free morning breakfast for the cost. The area is so so and the hotel is decent inside with some minor defects and a little run down looking around the hotel. The pool and hot tub are good and great beds. Very small exercise room.

Whole building smelled of weed. Staff was drinking on the job. Front desk never answered the phone when you called. They DO NOT accommodate the disabled. Outrageous deposit fee for unsafe environments
