There isn’t enough I can say about how amazing this hotel is! Check in perfect, parking perfect, breakfast outstanding, extremely clean and comfortable! Staff was very attentive and polite! Rooms are quiet from hallway and neighboring rooms! Then to top it off every evening they serve complementary food and drinks and they don’t skimp on anything! Location is excellent to Lakeshore and 3rd Ward areas, both of which were amazing! I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else, trying to figure out a reason to return to Milwaukee so I could stay here again!

Clean and quiet. Pleasant staff and decent included breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location is very convenient to many things. Zero complaints overall.

This was a really nice place to stay that was convenient to both the Third Ward and Bucks game at Fiserv Forum. The staff is friendly, and the room was comfortable. One small issue popped up, the phone started to make a buzzing/alarm sound during the night, and again in the morning. It wasn't clear how to make it stop. I mentioned it at check out, but the service agent didn't seem very concerned or surprised by the problem.

Really nice hotel! Wife and I were in town for a show at the Riverside Theater and it was an easy 3 minute walk down Wisconsin Ave. Super clean hotel with really friendly staff. Will stay here again if we come back to Milwaukee!

Ideal location for a stay in downtown Milwaukee. Only one block from free streetcar stop. On the free streetcar, one can get too close to practically anywhere of interest in downtown Milwaukee. And no need to rush back to the hotel; hotel parking is valid until 5pm on checkout day. Other hotels downtown may also be close to streetcar stop, but this one has free breakfast buffet, and also a complementary drink and snacks at happy hour after checkin. Maybe not the grandest hotel, but if seeing the sights without having to pay for parking, economical rates for a downtown hotel, and complementary breakfast is in your criteria for a great stay, then this fills those requirements.

This property was the perfect option for our concert at American Family Field. It was a 5 minute walk (not even) to the public market. The breakfast was great. Sad we missed the nightly “kickback” the property offers.

Great for families. The 5:30 kickback was a nice perk we weren’t aware of until we checked in. That helped to tie our kids over for our later dinner reservations. Food quality is your basic free hotel food.

Drury was a great place for my family to stay! We are hearty breakfasts every morning, splashed around in the pool, hung out in the lobby at night, etc.

Bonus for having a continental breakfast and the evening kickback for free drinks and food. Thought this was pretty cool. Place was clean, felt safe and was pretty quiet. The room was spacious and clean.

Extremely friendly staff, Glenn at the front desk gave us such a warm welcome and was very helpful. Bartender was similarly kind and bubbly, I wish I could remember her name, she was a sweet young lady! Attached parking garage is super easy to get in and out of and is centrally located. The room itself was very clean and cozy, with full amenities and a great view. Highly recommend!

The staff was so helpful, especially Drew. He helped us get early parking and provided excellent information. All the staff were very polite. Also, the food was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel.
