Hot water wasnt working in my room, but you get what you pay for. Room was clean and more than I expected for being so cheap. The front desk staff was especially nice to deal with, very friendly and funny.

The check in staff was so nice. I thought she was being nice by putting me on the ground floor newr the door, now i think its because i book on a 3rd party app and paid less. There was a large group of workers and families staying there, they were having a bbq and party outside the door until nearly midnight. They werent rude or obnoxious, but its a hotel and i came to sleep.

Dirty bathroom, used soap sitting in tub. And I'm covered in bedbug bites which could only have come from this place. (Room 211... avoid at all costs.) Thankfully I kept absolutely everything off the floor, but now we're living in fear of an infestation. Breakfast was available, which was OK.

Room was clean and we received housekeeping services every day. The guest laundry area had a dirty floor (mud and debris) and the washing machine (front load) had a lot of mud around the seal. It needs to be cleaned.
