"Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) "

Hingegen der Beschreibung gab es keinen Fernseher und kein Warmwasser(zumindest nicht so wie es uns erklärt wurde) ...absolut unterirdische Verhältnisse. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Die Betten waren wie in einer Jugendherberge sehr unbequem und viel zu klein für ausgewachsene Menschen. Es gab keine Küche und auch keinen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. "The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was well placed to walk to the Duomo, with lots of great restuarants within 1/2 an hours walk. We had deciced to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel to be able to do some washing. The lack of washing liquid was frustrating but there was a small supermarket just around the corner. "The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean and well equipped. The metal staircase is a little tough on the feet (slippers recommended). Bedroom downstairs has only a very small window so is quite dark. Great neighbourhood and excellent location for any tourist visit. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you."

"We are a family of 7 and the apartment was spacious enough for all of us to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was a little smaller than the picture lead on. The location was a little further form the attractions than expected but a quick tram ride took us to where we needed to get. Apartment was very quiet up on the 8th floor. Would stay there again."

"The property is cosy with all of the essential amenities covered. Very clean and tidy. Eleonora made sure that we were shown around the property and answered all of our questions. We only stayed one night, arriving late and leaving early, on our way to central Italy from the UK so cannot comment on the local area. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night.
