Waited 15 minutes at desk before an employee came in. Looked like she had run an errand in her car. She didn't even apologize to all the people waiting to check in. Then she asked if we wanted a queen or king. My reservation was for a king suite. She didn't act professional at all. Otherwise hotel is average. Bed is just ok

A little hard to find because there are a bunch of hotels groups together in maps and the sign for the hotel isn’t visible from where maps takes you. Hotel is also under renovation but is super clean and quiet. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

There was no toiletry supplies in our room. Very loud throughout the hotel even though it was not busy, you could hear every footstep and conversation.The hot water, was actually scolding hot, could only turn on about half way after burning arm. Staff had zero concerns when I said my stay was only Ok at checkout in the morning and wanted no conversation about it.
