This hotel had clean rooms, plenty of linens available, responsive staff, and a really warm hot tub(though several jets did not work ). The indoor pool was clean and comfortably cool. The breakfast was good, serving variety of eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, muffins, fruit, and the make your own waffles. Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate, coffee, tea, milk, juice were available as well.

The room was good, but pillows are big and hard to sleep on. The hall carpet has a smell and definitely needs deep cleaning. Continental breakfast was great and we enjoyed it. Location is excellent. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations.

It was a little out dated, limited staffing. Housekeeping only every third day. However, the staff was very welcoming, helpful and responsive to our requests and prompt. Hotel was located for easy access to highway and all places we needed to go.

The staff were nice. Our room wasn’t the cleanest, the bathroom could have been cleaned better. The sink had toothpaste and makeup in the sink and counter. The toilet lid had poop on it. Breakfast was ok not many options. The pool was dirty and the floors had food everywhere even at 9 a.m still no towels. The hallways needed vacuuming.

It was an Older hotel-Rooms are ok-Old carpet needed cleaning. Walk across the room barefoot and your feet get dirty. AC/fans need repair as they needed to be on 68 to get cool in the room. Was in Handicap accessible room the first three nights I stayed there. Did not need these accommodations. Second two nights I stayed there I was in better room. Still same on carpet and AC. Front desk staff was outstanding! Danisha gets a 10 for her pleasant personality. Breakfast/Coffee bar clean and neat and fresh. Did not access the pool area's -Lots of kiddo's.

The room was fine, nothing special. Not the best location, several closed and empty restruants and area was industrial and commercial. About 20 minutes from Lake Michigan. Staff always looked surprised or annoyed to see me when I left the room. The "arcade" mainly claw machines, but there is a pool table and an air hockey. There are two pools and a hot tub which is nice.

Our room had an unpleasant odor that we noticed immediately. Also, our coffee maker did not work. There was an electrical wire coming from the bottom of the air conditioner. Our bed was comfortable and the room was nicely laid out. Very nice bathroom but the lighting was not adequate. The outdoor pool and seating area were very nice.

Everyone was very nice and the room was comfortable.
