Une parenthèse bleutée
3 jours dans cette très belle ville de Mers les Bains où les habitants sont accueillants et respectueux de l environnement. Originale dans son architecture cette ville vaut vraiment le detour..La location très propre et suffisante pour deux ou 3 personnes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. MERCI à Sarah pour son accueil.

Vous êtes juste face à la mer au rez-de-chaussée. Le couché de soleil est juste magnifique ! Appartement dans son état d'origine, mais tout fonctionne.

Juste en face de la belle plage de Mers-les-bains (assez peu de trafic automobile), avec un parking couvert proche. Pour un séjour long, prévoir qu'il n'y a ni WIFI (indiqué) ni 4G SFR / Bouygues / Free (sauf à l'arrière du studio).

Super Location
L'appartement est situé en front de mer dans le quartier classé. Il est très fonctionnel et confortable. Il est très bien équipé. Il se situe dans un immeuble sécurisé. Il y a de nombreuses commodités à proximité : restaurants, commerces, cinema. Il y a de nombreux sites à visiter dans les environs proches. Une place de stationnement est disponible dans un parking sécurisé. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Le prix de la location est très raisonnable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Au niveau de l'emplacement du studio rien à redire c'était parfait face à la mer juste à côté de, Restos et de la place du marché et à même pas 5 minutes de voiture du Tréport d'où on voit la falaise. Endroit magnifique... Après pour ce qui est du studio en lui-même il y faudrait un bon rafraîchissement car c un peu vieillot c dommage...et c mal isolé même si en soit nous n'avons pas eu froid puisque le chauffage a marché non stop...

Superbe emplacement face à la mer saison basse ( apparement moins bonne vue l’été car il y’a tout les cabanons de plage donc on voit moins la mer renseigner vous avant!!!!) Un vrai studio entrée sur séjour avec deux clic clac qui vue leur emplacement situés dans le salon ne peuvent pas s’ouvrir en même temps donc ça fait deux à trois couchage dans le salon mais aucune intimité si entre amis famille bref il y’a une autre pièce qui est en faite une véranda fermée ou il y a un lit mais qui donne pas envie d’y dormir mais bon cela fait un couchage supplémentaire pour une personne mais sans aucune intimité ! Cette sorte de véranda s’ouvre sur une minuscule terrasse enfermée de quatres murs en rdchausser donc tout les voisins on vu plongeante sur cette petite terrasse. Il y a une cuisine très bien et une salle de bain avec une douche très petite et une POMME DE DOUCHE À CHANGER SVP!!! la salle de bain et la cuisine donne sur cette véranda fermée pour la salle de bain vue direct sur la véranda car juste un voilà sur la fenêtre donc pendant la douche ou la commission vous pouvez faire coucou à vos amis !!! Pas top !!! Pour un couple pas gênant quoi que!!! BREF IL SUFFIT JUSTE D’UN STORE BLANC OPAQUE OU AUTRE CHOSE MAIS DE L’INTIMITÉ SVP!!!! Penser à prendre vos chaussons !!! Car studio hyper mal isolé. Nous on a booster les chauffages puis ça aller un peu près IL SUFFIT JUSTE D’INVESTIR DANS UN AUTRE CHAUFFAGE D’APPOINT PUISSANT… Apar ca ( pomme de douche rideau et radiateur) super sympa décor à rafraîchir mais ça passe la vue et le charme architectural de cette superbe ville compense largement mais bon un petit confort qui serait appréciable. La propriétaire est disponible et réactive. Et la dame en charge de tout le reste et au top pour l’accueil et son sourire. Le funiculaire du treport est top!!! Merci pour ce très beau week-end .
