This is an older hotel that is very well kept, the bed was very comfortable, but the decor shows it's age. It is also dark in the rooms which may suit some but not what I prefer. It was very good for our needs and the best was the walkability into town and restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was wonderfully friendly. Breakfast was not good but there are great option within walking distance. The price was very good. Would stay again.

The lady that was at the front desk was very friendly and was great. She made check in easy and was there the next morning to make sure we had everything we needed for breakfast!

The staff was amazing, so kind and accommodating. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. Nice breakfast options. We were in town for a concert at Mahaiwe and we didnā€™t use our car once we checked inā€¦ a great home base for the weekend. Will definitely be back.

The rooms were very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast: There was no cereal or variety of breads like bagels. Yogurts were great. I do give them the benefit of the doubt on this because it was an off week, in between holidays. It was very quiet. Staff was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Good Value at Great Barrington

Stayed at the Quality Inn Great Barrington for the Lime Rock Historic Festival. Inn was close to the track and offered comfortable accommodations for 2 overnights. Had an excellent stay and the included breakfast was convenient and just like home!

We wanted an inexpensive place to stay while zip lining. Gave Quality Inn a shot. Very pleasant stay. Nice and clean. Free breakfast was typical but good. Walking distance to most that Great Barrington has to offer. Very nice restaurants and shops. We'd definitely stay there again.

Reservations were easy; check-in was excellent and so easy! Andrew and Brian who manned the office were absolutely the best hotel/motel staff we ever encountered in all our travels, and we have traveled through both the US and many European countries as well! Kudos them both!

It was really nice staying here. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and there was a mini-fridge that wasn't full of expensive drinks you're not supposed to touch! It was mostly quiet, except for the trains at night that pass behind the building. It is very close by to shops, cool architecture, and a nice walking path. Very safe area too. The breakfast wasn't the best, but it's free, and you can easily pop in to nearby restaurants if you want something better. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here! It's a nice place to stay for the price.

Staff was very friendly. Room was ok, but the bathroom tub, floor, and walls needed more attention. Microwave and fridge in room. Perfect location for taking in shows at the beautiful Mahaiwe theatre, as well as browsing Main St shoppes and restaurants. Close driving distance to area attractions.

Great location. Staff was very helpful. The only thing that i would mention is: Breakfast bar: They need to provide more variety of breads, such as english muffins and whole wheat bread. Also basic cereals like corn flakes, raisin bran, and granola would be great. The rest of it was very good. Eggs were great.
