"Sweet little house with everything you need for a getaway. Close to everything. Pet friendly with a fence around the house, all in the shade of the big old oaks."
"Lovely house. Lots of room for multiple people. Ideal for younger families. Lots of amenities for kids and teens.
We were all seniors so back stairway was used. None of us braved the open, curved stairway even though it was a feature for the house. There was a tub/shower combo and a walk in shower. There were no grab bars and the floors were slippery when using showers. We enjoyed the views of the sound from all levels. The patios and decks were very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay in this...
"Loved this property. There was no downfall to it. The neighbors were friendly, and the area was nice. The bay behind the house was very nice, and the water was awesome. This place is very well suited for a family vacation. I stayed here for my bachelors trip, and it is dead center of wherever you want to go in the area."

"Great place for my passing-through night’s stay. Excellent accessibility to the water front and all those spots."
"The rooms were clean and well appointed and the beds quite confortable and thw instant hot water was a nice surprise as most hotels take forever to run hot. The outside abient lighting was a huge issue as the blinds were not suffocoent and the traffic noise at times was unfortunate. Also the door allow water from the balcony to soak the carpet nearby. We (6 adults had hoped to enjoy the pool and hottin but is was completely overrun by soccer teams, their parents and siblings. Ridiculously loud, kids and soccer balls bouncing like a war zone. Not at all the relaxing time we had hoped. Common room at breakfast and dinner also consumed by same crowds making it mostly unusable. Staff was realy quite nice! Parking is tight but assuming that was due to the large groups associated with soccer tourny. Stay should have been discounted to make up for said inconveniences."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that it rained all weekend and i didnt have the fancy swan towel on my bed 🙃 😅 😪 😒.. its in walking distance to several stores and The Shrimp Basket is right in front which i didnt realize until i arrived and its one of my favorite places to eat while in Destin. i will definitely stay here again."
