So very friendly

The young lady working the desk when I checked in and for a few days after was so pleasant and kind. The others that worked the desk were also very pleasant and nice. I don't think I have had that kind of friendliness in a long time. Thank you all for a great stay.

This is an older hotel but clean. I am disabled and they will say you have a bar in the shower 1 one! Another hotel not of thus chain had two bars.This is the first time I had a full handicap room we have been traveling for 12 days. They gemerally say isn't there one bar?

We brought a church group of 25 people. Each of us had issues with charges in regard to the rooms. We had 10 children who were looking forward to swimming to only be told the pool was down due to filtering issues leaving out children disappointed. Some of us are still waiting on refunds in regard to the rooms. Uncertain who is responsible for refunds. Not sure if we will stay at this property again. We have too many people to try and explain the disappointments and other issues. We don't have the answers.
