A tidy clean well centred location in Marmaris .good for a relaxing break except of the loud life music at the night. So if you love the music at night well and good, but if you retire to bed early then it is not suitable

Overall the property was nice. Unfortunately, we arrived as the season was just beginning and the weather was still a bit chilly. The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. The hotel is in a great location- The restaurants are great and there was always a good variety of food. A big bonus was the 24hr snacks available in the lobby. Will love to visit in the summer again.

Probably the best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The food was incredible, the pool area, beach, bars, rooms all 100% afternoon tea was lovely. A calm but beautiful hotel. Only thing I would change is the pillows, very hard, but I can live with it

It’s nice resort good location because you are little out of the crowd area but 10 min walking to it! Rooms are little outdated but specious. Liked that the beach is only 5 steps out. Huge buffets if you like that and premium drinks. Lots of activities!

Best hotel ever 10/10, great swimming pool, great view, amazing activities, nice beach, great food all day long, friendly staff, very clean, you wouldn’t need to leave the resort at all with the all-inclusive package! There were many families and kids during my stay tho! Yet, I’ll definitely will pay a visit again. 👍

I was satisfied with the facility. Although it is worth it to mention that we paid €35 each for Lavante restaurant but it didn’t worth it except a good view. They kept saying that the restaurant is fully booked but it wasn’t just to persuade us to book a spot there (lying is the last expectation I had).

Overall a lovely stay during the pre season. Compared to other hotels in the area, the Grand Azur offered enough space to relax while offering entertaining activities. Guests were mostly young and old couples, well behaved and no party crowd. Hotel was well visited but not crowded. All facilities were tidy and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food selection, quality and presentation was very good so that every taste could be satisfied. Additional services in the spa area (face treatment and massage) were professional amd of high quality. Evening programm was entertaining and the service personal were paying attention. Overall a great stay, while pre season was budget friendly.

Staff are very unwelcoming rude and intimidating. Food is very limited and didn’t have a variety. Entertainment to loud for the rooms when sleeping at night. Drinks are very limited in the all inclusive concept which is ridiculous. Definitely won’t be coming here again!

We were disappointed with our room as from the moment we walked in, we smelt smoke. We complained immediately and the only solution was to have the room sprayed with chemicals. We complained the following day after having left the windows opened all day but no effort was made to change our room. We discovered the guests in the room below were chain smokers and smoked from 7.30am. We resented paying for a holiday when we were having to bear with others smoking. Maybe you should have a policy of placing smokers in one section of the hotel to not disturb non smokers. Apart from that we were happy with the food, setting, spa and service,
