"This was a lovely property that was easy to access and very comfortable. Just what I needed for my business trip for a few days. I’d happily stay here again when visiting Austin for any reason. I loved that I could park in a safe place for free that was very close to my room. Very convenient!"

"Nice, modern, well designed loft. It is tiny, so not a lot of room for just chilling with friends. Everything was there that was needed. The host was responsive. It was only a short walk to great music and food.. Neighborhood is a little sketchy feeling with a scrap yard next door. But I never felt unsafe. Off street parking available which was super. "My wife and I stayed at this property for the CapTex triathlon with our two older dogs. The house is a guest house behind the main property and is a really beautiful two story spot. The property owners were the nicest people and shared with us recommendations of places to go check out for food and were great to chat with while taking the dogs in the backyard. "The place is in a great part of Austin and is a walkable distance to parks and grocery stores. It had everything I needed with lots of kitchen utensils. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is some noise as it’s close to both a highway and train tracks, I work from home and had no issues. The host is super nice and her dog and cats were also friendly. Overall it was one of the best stays I’ve had!"
