This is a beautiful hotel and centrally located, close to shopping malls and restaurants. The entire staff were so helpful and always professional, I was so impressed and they made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Marco Polo in Ortigas is the only hotel I stay at when in Manila. From the concierge, bellhop, front desk to the restaurant wait staff and housekeeping, the service is beyond excellent. The rooms are spotless and AC is on par with Western standards. This was my fourth stay at Marco Polo and would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel to friends and family.

You owe it to yourself to stay here, even if only 1 night. From Nicola at the front desk to perfect rooms, and a dining experience that rivals the best symphony. Everything in the correct order, perfect timing, spectacular movements and climactic finish. If your in Manila you would be doing an injustice not to stay at the Marco Polo.
