Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great bar and lounge area. Bed and pillows super comfy and additional touches from the Hotel i.e. drinks in the room, snacks and map of the area, plug adapter, phone charger so many small touches that made this Hotel a 5/5 for us! The incredible history of this hotel is what made us want to stay here. The updates and renovations have been done so well, the restaurants are incredible and the staff were - to a one - the friendliest and most helpful we’ve worked with outside of a Disney property. We’d go back to the city just to stay here again.
