The incredible history of this hotel is what made us want to stay here. The updates and renovations have been done so well, the restaurants are incredible and the staff were - to a one - the friendliest and most helpful we’ve worked with outside of a Disney property. We’d go back to the city just to stay here again.

This place is one of the best in NYC NOW. Has a rich history, but is fantastic in all the important ways. Rooms are clean and have a great vibe. 2 fantastic dining options on the property and the hotel bar is great for after dinner meetings. Can’t say enough about it. Loved the iconic Hotel Chelsea! It is beautiful, classy but also laid back and comfortable. We arrived around 11am expecting to store our luggage for a few hours. To our surprise they had our room ready, and even upgraded us! Everything was perfect and it is now our favorite place to stay in NY!
