"We booked this 4* property on the basis it had 5 outdoor tennis courts. It actually had no tennis courts. Manager refused to speak with us or provide refund when we checked out for another hotel that did have tennis courts onsite. Extremely bad service"

"This hotel is fine. The food was what I expected for an inexpensive all inclusive hotel. My issue is Expedia showed the location of the hotel on the beach in porto cristo. Yhe hotel is several miles inland."

"Arrived late in the evening, not what i expected. No A/C in the room, if not so late arriving would have turned around. For a 1 x night stay, not convenient car 1000m away offsite and room 600m from central bars. We went to bar, slow service 20 mins for a beer and wine. Room with fam did cool slightly during the night. Shewr bathroom excellent. "

"Very clean and comfortable bedroom - slept very well. Good breakfast- did not have any other meals as we have family who have a holiday home nearby and we ate with them. Great pool - nice cliff walks around the hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good value for money."

"Room was nice, a good size, and effective fans and aircon. Beds and pillows were not comfortable, but get enough drinks down you, and you won't mind so much. Rooms were cleaned 5 out of 7 days and the cleaners do a good job, and were mostly friendly. They do, "barge-in" on you if you are in, but was amusing and not intrusive really. "The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "

Everything about the property was very nice, except their restaurants have no vegetarian options. If you are a vegetarian, and prefer to choose to have food in their restaurants, then you'll end up having just salads. Luckily we didn't opt for All inclusive / Half board.

Great location, aircon and soundproofing needed

"The hotel is in a great location, we chose B & B rather than all inclusive and the breakfasts were good, always plenty of choice. The staff were lovely. The pool is small which could cause a problem in peak season but it was fine while we were there. The two issues we had were; 1. Aircon- outside of peak season there is no aircon in the rooms. The staff said it was because people complained it was too cold and it wasn’t needed. It was 25° during the day, aircon would be nice. 2. Soundproofing, or rather the lack of it. You could hear every sound from the corridor and other rooms, this was especially a problem when you had people getting up at 6 or 7am (a lot of the guests were older and most seemed to be early risers) doors slamming, showers running, etc. "

"They had an outstanding staff, including a very impressive and skilled entertainment team (shows both kids and adults activities). Their friendliness, talent and energy made all the difference. Also, the spa and spa team were five stars. Our family had a great holiday, largely thanks to the hard working and friendly hotel staff."

Exceptionally, relaxed and recharging...

"a smaller sized, friendly hotel in a small village setting. Well maintained, lush gardens. Clean pool areas which were well maintained and clean, bright, comfy rooms. There was a relaxed, friendly atmosphere amongst staff and visitors, making my solo holiday so much nicer. The breakfasts were basic but there was choice and it was plentiful. However, the beverages were less appealing. This wasn't a big problem for me as I had taken my travel kettle. I very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. "
