Good rooms. Service was hit and miss depending on which staff you spoke with. Room for more sun beds and shades around the pool but simply none there and therefore limited availability. Breakfast was below standard. Especially fresh proper coffee and fresh juices (considering we’re in an area with plenty of proper fresh OJ).

Great location! Parking was a bit tricky when we arrived though because it was a Sunday afternoon and it was very crowded. Overall it was clean, modern and nice. Breakfast buffet was quite good.

We arrived in the evening but our room hadn’t been cleaned and the beds hadn’t been changed or made. We were given no explanation. We were only told that there were absolutely no other rooms available. So we had to wait another nearly two hours before we had a room. We were offered a buffet dinner which was mostly cold and stale as it was reaching the end of mealtime. Also the room had clearly been cleaned in a rush and was not properly clean. Extremely disappointed and won’t be going back.

It is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Our view was spectacular But the service was lacking. I didn’t like waiting for my towels at reception as they were often busy and it was a long wait. There was no iron available to me. No laundry service available to me and by 9am all the chairs at the pool and the beach were taken. Also the wifi was horrible. I found the staff at front desk dismissive and uninterested. The server at the pool restaurant though was exceptional. I hope this helps you improve your service.

Lovely stay at hotel Eden. Had a lovely family room with a sea view. Breakfast and dinner was lovely. Good service, spotlessly clean. Wish we stayed longer! Thank you hotel Eden we will be back

The front desk person was not particularly warm or friendly when we arrived an hour before our room would be ready so first impression was just OK. But Amin at the bar/restaurant was very friendly and welcoming when we ate lunch while waiting for our room - and he was lovely throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet has extensive options. My mother loved it. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. It was wonderful to watch the sun go down and see the beautiful sky colors each evening. We would stay here again.

Hotel Eden was beautiful, friendly staff, amazing location across the street from the beach and beautiful views of the harbour. The breakfast buffet was very good and our room was spacious and always kept clean. I would definitely stay here again when I return! Thank you!

We had a wonderful holiday staying at the Hotel Eden The breakfast was so tasty everyday Rooms are great. Very clean and comfortable beds Swimming pool is perfect The hotel is in such a great place in the town The staff were so attentive Second visit will definitely go back again

Fantastic 3rd stay, we will be back
3rd visit to the Eden. Fantastic views of the bay, amazing swimming pool, drinks and food is very very good value (€3.50 for a beer!) and the staff are great. We loved the buffet breakfast too!

Good quality was exceptional Great service from the reception and cafeteria staff Location is great and right by the marina Nice rooftop bar Cons Classic rooms are very small and would definitely be more 3 star than 4 Wardrobe door fell apart during our stay almost landing on us (but it didn’t) Housecleaning never changed our sheets during our 4 night stay. Although we mentioned we were on honeymoon absolutely no acknowledgement of this by the staff in any way. I have never really observed this in a 4 star hotel Not a bad stay at all however wouldn’t want to repeat going back

We have stayed at this hotel about 4 times in the last 4 years the breaks was because of Covid. we find the hotel relaxing and convenient we always go half board, so we do not have to think about where to eat. the food is pretty good but i think the hotel is probably understaffed at the moment (like everywhere else). We like the views over the bay and marina so pay for the best rooms we can get, had a great room this time. We will be back again.

Fantastic front row location just a few steps from the beach. Usual gripe from me, a nice TV in the room but a lack of English language channels or option to apply subtitles. Lack of information about the resort and area.

Positives: There’s not much to fault with the Eden Hotel to be honest. The amenities in and around the hotel are extremely diverse, which provides you with a great variety of things to do, restaurants/bars to eat and drink in etc… with a supermarket near the main entrance also. It’s location is pretty much central to the bay, so is ideal for getting about either direction and is literally a stones throw from the long white sandy beach. The pool area is well maintained and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant itself is fantastic with a great range of delicacies within every course…coupled with fantastic service. The rooftop bar has a relaxing, chilled vibe also, which is perfect for a drink or two at the end of an evening. Only Negative: After making a request at the Reception desk on 3 separate occasions over 2 days to the same person. They sadly failed to follow through with organising a transfer for my wife from the airport to the hotel. She unfortunately had to arrive in the early hours in the morning a couple of days later than myself. Each time I enquired I was told to come back later. After the third attempt, I gave in and we decided that she would just need to get a taxi, although a hotel transfer would’ve been safer at that hour in the morning. That was the only disappointment of the stay….other than that, it was great! Suggestion: Get the “EDEN” sign lit up in bright yellow at night! Would look fab from anywhere across the bay!

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Eden! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The rooms and facilities of the Hotel were also very good. Would definitely return again!

Bumpy start to an otherwise pleasant stay.
Well-situated in a storybook coastal town. Gorgeous views of the bay and the surrounding mountains from any room. Generous, wide-ranging breakfast available till 10 AM. clean and stylish throughout, though a bit dusty in the off-season. Mini market on the ground floor makes picking up sundries and snacks extremely convenient. Checkin did not go smoothly. We spent the first of our four night stay in a dumpy room two classes below the room we booked. After breakfast the first morning, the dayshift begrudgingly moved us up to the room we booked, but not without pulling teeth. The older, four-story half of the hotel was built 65 years ago and is a sonic nightmare. You’ll hear every door slam and conversations above, below, and next to you. Move promptly into the taller building, for a better nights sleep
