"The building is very well located beach front and close to bar and restaurant. The apartment is nice, simple decorated, but lack of kitchen utensils. They have the very minimum basic, so if you want to cook, is not going to be easy, whiteout Carving knife, spatulas, etc. at the time I was staying at this apartment the dishwasher did not work."

"This is an American sized apartment with all the bells and whistles. Many European apartments are undersized with all of the accessories. All of the furnishings were very comfortable. The location is only slightly off the historic downtown Malaga center but it is much quieter. The rental that I had last year had loud music and noise till 4AM 5 nights a week. Eloisa is a wonderful hostess and provided all of our needs. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone. Steve and Mary"

"Very well appointed with all modern appliances and well stocked with everything needed for our stay. Superb location for the old town, sea front, local bars and restaurants. Tomas couldn't have been more helpful. However, the surrounding area could do with tidying up and cleaning and be aware that this is a ground floor apartment with few windows and a small, enclosed terrace. The cool and shade would be welcome in summer but a bit disappointing in winter."

"The property was not set up for a long stay. We ran out of a few essentials like clothes washing power and toilet paper. It was a 25 minute walk into town for decent food and to do tourist things."

The location is good, only 10/15 mins walk to the heart of Malaga, great access for motorways to Granada, Seville etc. And only 5 mins walk to a shopping centre with the biggest Carrefour supermarket I have seen in a while. Its confusing who you are supposed to communicate with (owner or manager) and when you talk to one they don't communicate with each other.
