"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

"It was very good except the keys were a problem. After a few uses we had to keep getting new keys. Also there was a very late night noisy neighbor upstairs that played music from 11:30-1:30 at night. Otherwise the interior was wonderful!!!"
