They had a LOT of very tasteful Christmas decorations up. We left something and they called us to let us know. Amazing service and a very nice hotel. Melissa at the front desk was especially sweet and helpful. When she heard my room had a clogged sink, she immediately apologized and helped switch me to another room without any hassle. The lady running breakfast was just as lovely—warm, elegant, and even reminded my wife to grab a fresh, delicious muffin to go. But the best (and most unexpected!) surprise at the Holiday Inn Express Madison? Two Tesla chargers right in the parking lot—and charging was FREE. As a Tesla driver, that was such a nice bonus and made our stay even better.
