"We had a great stay in Mad Beach Bungalows! Scott’s place is super clean and well-stocked, and is just a minute’s walk from the beach. We liked the extras- such as the beach wagon and beach towels, and we had everything we needed for our week long stay. It’s a great location- just a short walk to John’s Pass where there are lots of shops, restaurants and places to get ice cream. Bonus- there were lots of dolphins there to watch every night. We hope to return the next time we visit Madeira Beach!"

"Comfortable bed and couch. Place is small but perfect for two people and has all the little things to help make you vacation a good one. Mostly quiet with being so close to so much, the bamboo bar with live entertainment was one of my favorite places to eat drink and listen to good music. The beach was a 10 minute walk ( I’m 66 years old) John’s pass boardwalk was 5 minute walk."

"Very nice property equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Everything within short walking distance grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and beer wine and spirits shop. Vehicle is optional. Ocean Sands is an exceptionally well maintained property We would be remiss if I didn’t mention our hosts Ken & Marjorie who made a special effort to come to welcome us and make sure that we had everything we needed. You cannot go wrong with this rental."

"Close to beach for sunset walks, thanks for the beach chairs in the closet. Easy to get to Johns Pass for restaurants, bars and ice cream. Small space but worked for our needs"

"This place was PERFECT. The unit itself was so cute and so clean. It felt much like home from the start. It's location is hard to beat if you want the best of watching boats, hitting the beach, and access to food and nightlife. We didn't rent a car, and we didn't need to. Everything was right there. Vicky was great to work with, too. Two thumbs up here. We'll definitely be going back."

"I highly recommend this rental. The owners have paid attention to details. Extra storage built into closets, labeled light switches, gift basket upon arrival, well stocked kitchen and more. It’s clean and beautifully decorated. Ice cream/candy shop right across the street! The owners communicate well. Hope to book again someday."

"I lived in the Bay PInes/Madera Beach area for over a year and needed to go back last week for my job. I was excited to stay on the Blvd across from the beach. This place is small and simple but exactly what I needed for the week I was in town. The bed is a little iffy...:) but for the price it is a great place. My wife and I will stay there again definitely!"
