Had to switch rooms first night due to them being unprepared n not having the proper equipment needed to remove extra lock. Just a lot of inconveniences that could of be avoided if proper...

"Yulia was great and stayed in communication regarding all aspects of the stay. The property was charming and there was enough sleeping accommodations for 5 people comfortably. The location was safe and security was on-site and aware every time we passed through. We checked in after midnight and had 0 issues and checked out similarly without. The location was midtown and made access to tour easy. There were also no homeless lingering around the property which we did see throughout many areas...
