I was very impressed with the quality of the construction, materials, and amenities. This is NOT one of those rentals where they recycled some old stuff so they could have a rental place. I believe that it's less than two years old."

"Adorable property. Extremely clean. Well stocked. Easy to get in and out for travel around the area. The property has plenty to do on site too for an evening in, with walks, fire pit, playset, all with string lights in the evening. Great host communication. The only thing to note is that although you do look and feel as though you are isolated (in a good way!), the main road is quite busy and very near; sometimes loud trucks passing by would require pausing conversation on the porch.
