"A few of the amenities are the reason for a 4star rating. We didn’t use them much but the hot tub didn’t work and we really found the rules and time range for using these to be a bit inconvenient. We were the type to be out seeing the area during the day and the beaches and fishing and to not be able to use the pool because it was closed turned us off. "This property is a great place to stay to be close enough to Duval St to walk to the restaurants and bars but also is in a more quieter area to relax in the pool (which was perfect with it being so hot). Hosts are very responsive and property very clean and exactly as advertised, highly recommend!"
