Everything was amazing. Check in was easy and simple. The hotel is central to everything and breakfast was fantastic. We visited the restaurant in the hotel for dinner and we had a magical time: the food was superb, met new friends, and the view was magnificent. Would definitely return.

Room was comfortable and well equipped. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine. The hotel caters for many big groups, who can be noisy, but they were in a separate section of the dining room. Groups seemed to start early, so by 8.15 they had all left and the dining room was quiet. We didn't notice the groups anywhere else in the hotel.

The beds are very comfortable. There was no complimentary shampoo or body lotion which I expect from a 4 star hotel. I also expect a glass rather than a paper cup in my room from a 4 star hotel . Breakfast was very good

With so many elderly people and other younger folks going to Lourdes, I would recommend Paradis management to address the following issues to enhance the experience of your guests; 1: the shower tub is too high and difficult to get in and take a shower. This is not a problem for younger people but a serious issues for older people, and it is a safety issue. 2. No “non-slip” plastic matt inside the tub. This is another serious safety issue since a person can easily slip and sustain serious injury. 3. No cleanex tissues in the bathroom. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the first hotel that does not provide tissues. 4. The set up in the shower is a reticules design with a plastic divider meant to prevent water from splashing on the floor. My bathroom floor was full of water ever after exercising caution while taking a shower. There is no water drain on the floor. 5. My room 208 faced a side street. At the beginning of the street there was a bar. Young kids were drunk and created notices with load voices and motorcycles making it impossible to sleep at night. Bad situation for any customer. These are meant to be constructive criticism for the Management of Paradis hotel to take action in order to improve the experience of its guests.

The hotel is in a great location across from the river. The lobby was clean and offered a spacious area for breakfast. It’s within walking distance to nearly everything, though parking comes with a daily charge of 14 euros.

Walkable to Our Lady of Lourdes Sanctuary, main reason we went to Lourdes. Walkable to many dining places. What i didn't like... small bathroom area, no place to put toiletries or clothes to take a shower. The bidet is useless, occupying space in a small bathroom. Hotel staff friendly. Breakfast food really good.

Staff are helpful however carpet on hallway going to the rooms needs shampooing, looks dirty . 6 days stay, room was not hovered. I booked this hotel because it has aircondition. They did not inform us that we need to tell them to turn it on if we want the aircondition. They turn aircondition off they said at 9am. Most days it was turned off at 8am. Need to ring the reception to turn it on. A bit inconvenient if you want lying in.
