"Great stay. Gus checked us in and was very polite and helpful. The rest of staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I wasn’t expecting a suite with kitchenette. I think all rooms have them. The grounds were clean well maintained. The inn was tucked behind a couple restaurants but it was quiet. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, real scrambled eggs, waffles. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This was an inexpensive place to stay for a day-trip to Gatlinburg. It was a little further than I expected but the drive was beautiful with many changing leaves. The room was clean and the check-in and check-out were both easy. The man providing service was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who does not need amenities. The room does not have a mini fridge, microwave or coffee pot. Restaurants and fast food are close by however."

"Very nice man in the office. The room 104 was large and clean. Only issue I had was around 11 pm a family with some kids checked into and were out in room above me so those small kids running around was loud until they settled down. I would stay again "

"The room literally looks like a prison cell, smells like a dumpster, customer service was basically both of those things combined like a prison warden with a horrible attitude. There was literal pubic, hair and human hairs in our bedsheets and blankets dirt on the floor. The room smells like it’s never been cleaned and when I went to the front desk to simply and politely I, my dad asked for clean blankets and sheets. She would’ve thought I asked her to literally build me a house in the middle of...

"Nic’s condo is in a perfect location to explore Tellico Village! A cute condo very well kept. Perfect amount of space for my husband and I and our pup. Communication with Nic was excellent! Always responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope that this condo is available when we return. And we will return!"

"Had a great 4-night stay! Loved everything about the house, inside and out. Owner communication was also very responsive and accommodating. The house is well stocked with all the necessities, and a TV in every room is always a plus for us, especially when they’re easy to operate which all the TVs were. I love the decor in every room as well, and couches and beds are so comfy! Can’t wait to book another stay!"
