The bathroom was very old and paint chipped. Will not visit again. Walls had asbestos smell. Parking is $57 per night. This is super annoying.

Run down, not friendly. Blood stains on sheets and towels, broken table, broken lights, broken tub drain. Only 3 channels to watch on tv. Bed was very uncomfortable. No fridge, no microwave, no free breakfast, no free parking ($55 a day). They had a little store in the lobby that was super marked up. It sucked to be honest. Worst experience I had in a hotel.

The toilet didn’t work. I had to be switched rooms in the process of switching rooms. My card wouldn’t work for the door so I had to walk downstairs and take the elevator. Literally four times. The staff was rude and sleepy. I will never be coming back to this hotel oh, not to mention none of the rooms have microwaves refrigerators in the phone didn’t work in my room

Smelled like sewage in the lobby. Bar and restaurant closed in the afternoon. Pool was cold, and no service. Rooms were totally outdated, floor to ceiling. Way too much money for the room for what we got. Not even a microwave or mini fridge in the room. One front desk person claimed they charged $50 for early check in.

This room is terrible and looks to be the oldest one they have. It smells terrible like mold and mildew. My card was charged $350 for incidentals and I doubt the uncomfortable mattress in here cost $50 at the swap meet. I checked for bed bugs just to be safe. If this is the room I get through expedia, I will never stay here again.

For how old this hotel is it’s pretty clean. The only thing I did not like was showed up an hour before check-in and they wanted to charge me $50. Did not like that other than that property not bad.

Our stay was quiet. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and supplies. Very courteous staff and friendly room service and cleaning staff. The property isn’t fancy and room has no microwave or refrigerator which we would have appreciated, otherwise everything else was great. We had a wonderful stay.

The deposit is $350!!! That is a large deposit for a dirty, ran down, need to be upgraded hotel! The parking is $50/night! Like are you serious? They put me on an abandoned side of the hotel by myself. There was literally mattresses and etc., up against glass that looked like a crime scene. They moved me. That new room was horrible… the toilet paper roll was broke, the door you had to ply it open, windows was dirty, tub was dirty and broke. To top it off I paid $50 for 3pm late check out and, two people started knocking on the door at 9 AM and one person came in while I was in the shower. I will admit they did comp one night and gave me my $50 back for the late check out, which they had no choice because I end up leaving at 1pm because of all the interruptions. Horrible. I do not recommend.

BEWARE!!!! Do not stay at four points you will regret it. I would’ve rather spent the night in a motel or my car than this hotel. The only nice thing in this hotel is the lobby other than that it’s probably up to the same standards or worse than a motel. Walls super thin you can hear the neighbors banging on the walls at 4 in the morning. Also no complementary parking be prepared to pay $55 each day you stay at that place

The hotel look horrible, everything was damaged. Tv didnt turn on. One of the lights was glitching. The iron was broken Bathroom dirty. Everything was old.

Pros: Goof shuttle service Cons: Not clean, outdated, uncomfortable bed. Overall, good for a night stay...when you are super tired between international flights and just need a bed to rest.

I should in the center tower, but I got guide to the east elevator, the housekeeper help me to my room. my tissue box was wet, I called the guest services to get another box, I did ask if he knows my room number, he said yes, but I did not get my box in whole night. the shower switch is not in the correct way to show hot/cold, the room is clean, location is good.

Getting to the hotel from the airport is lacking in Signage. Forget calling the hotel it gets you in a 800 loop. Shuttle buses aren’t posted or direct number to hotel

Room was clean. Towels we're clean and soft. Bed linens were fresh. No in-room hotel directory. Window blinds did not function; had to manually roll up. Room door did not close fully unless pulled firmly. Alarm went off @ 6a in adjoining room and continued to blast for at least 10 or 15 minutes. Ample parking, but so expensive! Shower had dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash, but the body was container was missing. Bright bathroom lights and no night light. Helpful staff. Average hotel in an older building.

Overall not bad, definitely not worth the price. I got the Junior Suite, layout for the sitting area was horrible, have to completely turn your head to one side to watch television, so I played in the bed to relax and watch TV, but the beds are not comfortable at all. Also, a 350 security deposit is totally ridiculous for this place! 55 dollars per day to park is utterly ridiculous! More than likely I would not stay at this property again! Could stay right down the street at the Westin for a little bit more and be more comfortable.

Excellent quality for price, premises are in ok condition, don’t expect top of the line room. I was able to sleep perfectly sound. No trouble with AC, bathroom. Definitely will recommend. Shuttle included with room, comes and goes every 20-30 mins. Really helpful driver.

Checked in at around 7:30 pm and wanted to run out of this Ugly, dirty, Musky, old room We asked for another room hoping it be a bit nicer but the next rooms bathroom was even worse no microwave no fridge dinghy dirty carpet, furniture and fixtures falling apart bathroom tub was just black toilet had not been cleaned I was so disappointed It was just to late to book another room we had to be up and out by 6:30 the next day I would never recommend that place to anyone……
