The staff were great but the property definitely needs some upgrades which I noticed was mentioned in previous reviews but appreciated the fact that it was close to universal studios, rooms and facility were clean, the staff were attentive and friendly. I thought the parking was free but there was a charge of $22 per night.

Love that the parking is tucked behind. Felt safe. Staff was friendly especially the lovely cleaning team who always seemed to be going above and beyond. Hotel rooms are dated.. carpet etc but CLEAN. Water pressure, toilet, sink, ac/heat, tv all worked well. Walking distance to Hollywood bowl or walk of fame. Electric scooters or e-bikes close. Easy to get Uber etc. Excellent freeway access. Can be in downtown Hollywood or to Burbank airport in less than 20min. Mexican restaurant on site. Was pricey for what you get but tasty. You can’t bill the food to your room fyi- they are separate from the hotel. They open at 7am and close at 9pm If you’re checking in early… yes you can drop your bags but there is no waiting area or bathroom. Pool and hot tub on site with locked gate to keep those who aren’t guests out. We didn’t use but looked clean and had towels. A homeless gentleman seemed to frequent the area of the pool once it got dark but the pool closes at 9pm so was always empty and he wasn’t bothering anyone or being disruptive. Area felt safe enough considering some of the other areas and was convenient price was fair what you get. I would stay here again :)

Very clean room. Pretty quiet. You do get a little street noise and a trash truck pick-up. Parking is very tough with very small spaces and very hard to get out of. Staff extremely nice and helpful. The little Mexican restaurant is very good and a good value. Its nice having an elevator to use.

We love this place! If you are going to visit Hollywood or see a show at the Hollywood Bowl I highly recommend the Best Western. Clean hotel, courteous staff and easy walking distance to all the places you want to go! Thanks for another amazing trip :)

5 minute walk to the Hollywood Bowl, actually closer then some parking lots! Overall the hotel is a little old and dated. But staff is super nice, facilities very clean and neat. Pretty noisy from street. Good location next to Hollywood Blvd etc. Regular room rates make this a inexpensive option for lodging, however we paid a premium for a sold.out Bowl concert, still worth the convenience. El Zarape restaurant downstairs is really good and very reasonable.

Best place we’ve ever stayed in Hollywood. It was very clean, parking was EXTREMELY reasonable with in and out privileges, and location made many sites easily walkable. The hot tub was wonderful and clean. Property is well maintained. Staff is very helpful and kind.

It was ourfirst time staying at this hotel and I could not have asked for better check-in and check-out service. The room was immaculate and it was very close and walkable to some great bars and restaurants. We would love to stay here again real soon.
