"Spacious condo and appreciated the layout for privacy between the MBR and the twin bedroom. Enjoyed the porch access off the MBR and the FR. Spacious/ updated kitchen also with another separate balcony and breakfast table. Incredibly private and quiet. Perfect walk across the street to the beach ( no life guard beach but you have several public beaches within 15 mins either in Anna Marie island or at Lido beach). The pool is clean and warm. "This two bedroom condo was perfect for our family needs. My two kids (preteen girl and teen boy) had their own space and my husband and I appreciated the king bed (my husband is tall, so a king is better than a queen). Everything we needed for the weekend was in the condo. The proximity to the beach, dinner options and even fishing on the pier were exactly what we were looking for. We have been to many gulf beaches and we liked how quite this was vs bigger public beaches."

"Place was clean and excellent location but not quite as depicted from on line picture. Could not see water from patio chairs - had to stand on toes to see because large amounts of bushes obstructed view. Grill was right next to our room so people were walking in front of our room to use it and the entry way was in a dark hidden corner right next to community bathroom and community laundry. Would have been nicer to be on 2nd floor to see the ocean and have more privacy."

"The office personnel were wonderful and accommodating. Our condo was as beautiful as the photos and the view from the lanai was stunning. The gulf View was breathtaking. The Sandy Cay is close to all the shopping, restaurants and a lot more. It had everything you could want and need. The restaurants were good but we really enjoyed going to the Beach House, the food is amazing and the cocktail drinks from the bar were incredible. I highly recommend the Sandy Cay!"

And there's nothing better that starting the day with coffee and ending it with wine on the porch while listening to the waves.
