I enjoyed my stay here. It’s a nice hotel that is in walking distance of the beach. It’s perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. I thought the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. I felt very safe here too. If I come back to Long Beach, I’d definitely stay here.

Hotel is very outdated and not clean. Rooms need a complete renovation. Felt dirty and way overpriced. Seemed as it was a hostile and had low income housing living there. Would not stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and kind! The only concern I had was our sink not draining for the duration of the stay. Also, the elevator was very outdated. The parking is a toss-up, I recommend doing valet!!! I would come again just to see the staff though, wonderful crew!

I decided to check out after coming back from dinner because the experience was horrible. I couldn’t sleep at all. We could hear the people in the room next door as if they were in our own room. The window where the air conditioner is installed is half open, the smell is disgusting, and the bathtub is dirty. I’m very disappointed.

Our second stay at Long Beach Hotel with our English Bulldog Rosie and it was wonderful again. Finding a hotel that is truly pet-friendly is not easy, but you all made us feel welcome and appreciated. From check-in to check-out, the staff was kind, accommodating, and so sweet to Rosie. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for us. The location is so close to the beach that it makes morning and evening walks worth the trip. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Such a cute little spot. We really all enjoyed staying at Long Beach Hotel. The front desk (Marilyn?) was super helpful and amazing! Joe the bartender made our night! Close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

It appears that this property has had some upgrades as of late but many many more are needed. Could hear every word our neighbors spoke through the cheap door separating our rooms. Common areas were rough and hopefully you don't end up on the unfavorable side of the property.

I liked that the Long Beach Hotel was in town so it was convenient to other restaurants and bars. Our room was big with two King beds, not what we anticipated, had been recently renovated, but the stairway and antiquated elevator definitely showed need of upgrading. Up above our room someone was moving furniture or something all night long. So we didn’t get much sleep.

The A/C was not working properly, the room was not very clean and one of the nights even that I was out from 7AM to 11 PM they never did the bedroom I arrived with the wet towels still in the floor and next day I needed to check out early morning.

Long Beach Hotel is our go to place whenever was are in the area. Building is from the 1880's which makes it more interesting. It's very clean and updated. Staff is really nice and even upgraded us this time, so huge plus there. Very close to the beach too. Pet friendly too. Looking forward to returning in a couple of months.
