She assisted me with checking in and helped me with other questions throughout my stay. Her patience and kindness were greatly appreciated after traveling with my elderly father. "It was clean and comfy. The heater did not work but they gave us an extra blanket and we wete cozy. We were traveling with our elderly cat so when we were checking out we couldn't leave the door open while loading our car. The only annoying thing that happened was our room key expired while we were loading our car, so we had to get another one to finish up, we had plenty of time before check out time. Otherwise good value for the price and friendly helpful service. "

"Second time I have stayed at this property. First time as a Renaissance. Lots of changes as they are doing a facelift during the rebranding. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was the best staff I have encountered in years. Aside from the construction noise during the day right now, this place is outstanding. "
