Clean room, good staff and quiet sleep. Bed is stiffer then most hotel with no box spring, would not stay again as it’s too stiff for multiple nights.

The room was nice, a good size with a reasonable sized bathroom. The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to the heart of London, many nearby restaurants, close to transportation (the tube, busses) and close to many theatres. We'd definitely stay here again.

The location is the best thing about the hotel, very central to everything (in the middle). Very clean, but rooms are very small. Nice roof top bar/restaurant.

Excellent two night stay. Double layer window glass so despite central location room was very quiet. Very clean room/bathroom with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.
