The hotel accommodations and staff were great! The hotel is perfectly located near the Tower of London and the underground station is a block away. But you need to plan ahead for the trip back to the airport if you have an early flight because taxis/Uber are not available at all time. I had to pay £100 pounds for a car reservation that I made at the lobby because my flight was at scheduled for 7:25am. I though that was very expensive. Also, overall, the Uber service around the area is not the greatest and I ended up canceling many Uber requests and taking the Tube instead because the waiting time was too long.

Stayed in their Executive Suites with king bed and pullout couch, overall stay was good with the exception of the bed. Both mattresses were “lumpy/bumpy”. My work colleagues had the same issues with their bed mattress. After a long day, would’ve liked to rest in a more comfortable bed.

Great location…across the street from London Tower. Tube station approximately 100 yards away and jump on jump off bus tour stop across the street also. Staff super friendly and the rooms are good size and very clean. Will stay again!!!

I would highly recommend staying at this property. There is a subway station right outside your door. Great pubs close by. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spotless.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and great amenities like cookies, tea and cookies in the morning. The location couldn’t be beat - walking distance to the train, Tower of London, and good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

I was quite happy with my stay at this property. The room was very well equipped, very spacious, had modern amenities, and had a nice view. All staff who I interacted with were extremely professional; the front desk personnel were particularly good - professional as well as friendly. Excellent location as well. The only negative (which stops an Excellent rating) is that you tend to hear furniture being moved in the room(s) upstairs - attributable to the hard wood flooring - which was disturbing at times.

The hotel location is super convenient, Subway station is just next door. Hotel rooms are big and clean with kitchen and dryer. Hotel staffs were very nice and helpful. But just try not to stay in the accessible room. We stayed in such room for 4 days. The bath room floor is always wet because the shower room has no door so the water flows out of the shower room. Nevertheless, this is a great hotel and I would recommend to my friends.

It was a great area . Train 2min walk from hotel. Uber boat 5 min walk. Attractions all around the hotel . Restaurant in hotel had good food and service. Hotel service was excellent. Hotel room was clean.

We were extremely pleased from the moment we were greeted when we arrived to the assistance with transportation to the airport when we left. The roads were closed due to a marathon event Sunday, so we knew transportation would be limited, but they were able to assist us with no problems. Throughout the 5 days we stayed, we were always greeted with smiles and eagerness to help. The wait staff in the restaurant was amazing and the bartenders in the sapphire bar were great as well. Great atmosphere for all, if we came back to London we would most definitely stay here again!!

Excellent property!!! Staff was amazing and so helpful. The morning breakfast is a must. Location is a minute walk from Tower Hill underground which makes getting around London easy and quick. Beautiful views of Tower of London and Tower Bridge!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!
