Nice hotel. Only 2 lifts working out of four and they broke down on a daily basis. Breakfast and free tapas very good. Entire hotel very warm. Had to leave windows open which didn’t help with traffic noise on an evening and high winds. Apart from that enjoyable 4 night stay

The room we were assigned was freezing cold. The heating was broken in the room and the lady at reception could not have cared less. She said she would call her supervisor to get a new room assigned. We heard nothing so called back 15 min later and she said she couldn’t get through to the supervisor and therefore didn’t do anything. We eventually got a new room by explaining the situation to someone else and they were willing to help. Who assigns a room with zero heating when it is -1C outside and then doesn’t care at all? So strange.

The Level….. wow, what a brilliant concept. Arrived to just drop bag at 10.30 to find our room was available. Glass of welcome fizz started a fab flying visit to London.

Upon check-in, I asked the counter if we could leave two luggage for three days custody as we need to do a short visit Manchester, the answer is positive just to pay a service fee. However, while we checkout, the bell room said that the hotel has changed their policy not to offer such service. Our train tickets are booked and time is limited to find any alternative but to bring the luggage in the short journey. The hotel is unreliable.

Very nice staff. Breakfast is amazing. And wonderful snacks and appetizers. Area is great, easy access to public transportation. They missed to clean the room on a Saturday though but we had a wonderful time and strongly recommend the Level!

Lovely hotel - exceptional service. Really worth paying the additional for the level - the breakfast is outstanding but the lounge is open all day for snacks, tapas and drinks - all free of charge. Really makes the stay special.

Trying to get any form of service was not very good. Was on the phone for 30 minutes trying to request an ironing board and extra clean towels. Ended up having to walk down to the front desk to request the items. The member of staff at the front desk placed an order, not so willingly. Very much a hassle it seemed I had caused. The management don't seem to know how to control busy areas and/or manage staff to help in the best way. It was all very rushed and I, at times felt we were forgotten about.

Ongoing construction from 9am to 5pm is a major issue and should have been flagged at the time of booking. I would not have booked this property had I known of this major construction work. The check in process was poor and disorganised.

The hotel was clean, lovely big rooms, staff were very helpful. The description of the room we booked wasn’t correct and we ended up being moved to another room which was the correct description, according to the hotel we had only booked a basic room so the description needs updating so you know what your paying for. Room service also needs to be all day. Overall a lovely stay and the staff changed our room with know issues.

Favorite London Hotel
The staff went out of their way to help me change rooms to one with a bath - although I must say that I don’t like when a hotel is listed as having baths when so few rooms actually have them.I also love this hotels Tapas and drinks when you book to stay in the Level!

Nice hotel, very slow but friendly service.....
Overall great. Nice location, great breakfast, clean room of a nice size. But OMG, the check-in counter is soo slow. Literally 4 people behind the desk, only one handling guests... Everything took forever....

Excellent location for the tube line. Staff were so helpful and breakfast was fabulous. Room was lovely and clean - only complaint was the bed. Although rooms were newly renovated the bed had a really firm mattress - to the point of being really uncomfortable. The sitting area outside could have been made more pretty. Candles more plants etc. Could have been a nicer area to enjoy the free tapas and cava. Apart from that a really enjoyable stay.

Always my preferred stay in London but this time a slightly surreal atmosphere due to 10% occupancy because of covid19 restrictions and the lack of overseas tourists. Also, re-decoration appears incomplete.

Only one plug for UK plug sockets in the room, and that was nowhere near the bed. The bed was an uncomfortable combination of 2 different height single beds.

You know when you arrive that you are there because of the scent of pomegranate noir. The refurbishment hasn't destroyed the style afforded by its 30s architecture. The staff are very welcoming and manage to make this an excellent hotel for adult and younger visitors alike.

Lovely hotels, rooms are getting ready for a refurb but we are aware that is in the plans. Bedding was clean, food areas / bar was clean. The level luxury’s are worth the price. From Cava on arrival to cakes and hot drink at lunch time even on check out day. Breakfast was superb not everything was Hot Hot just make sure you take the sausage closest to the heat lamp and you should be fine. Tapas was lovely and we had that as our evening meal as was plentiful and could take as much as we liked. My only negative is that they didn’t bring desserts out till half 7 which was strange when tapas started at 6pm. We did have a strange noise above our room, I rang down to reception but nothing was resolved thankfully it didn’t stop me sleeping. Location was brill we used taxis twice and cost around £12-15 each time once to soho and other coming back from Harrods. We also jumped on the bus for first time in London as it was there and waiting when we left theatre only £1.50 each so much cheaper but stops a lot although we wasn’t in a rush so no problem. All in all perfect hotel for a quick overnight stay I will definitely be staying here in the future.

Our room was right next to the lifts so we could hear the lifts going up and down all the time which wasnt good, especially late at night or early innthe morning. The staff were lovely, they couldn't have been better

The level is amazing to stay at. We loved the concept of the exclusivity. Tapas and drinks were brilliant. Check in was easy. A little more guidance on the hotel for first time customers would have been good. (Where lifts were, level bar etc) really friendly staff.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. When we asked to change rooms to get away from the elevators, they immediately agreed and assisted us in our move. The hotel is a bit dated and needs refurbishment and it seems like this is underway. The new breakfast area for The Level is very nice with a nice buffet. For me, this is an excellent location with easy access to transit and within walking distance of Marylebone and Oxford Street.

We were traveling with young children (3 and 8). The staff was courteous and very attentive to us. Breakfast was included and was very good. We would definitely stay there again. The hotel is also very well situated, very close to the subway and also to Regent Park.

Very pleasant stay
Spent 5 nights with wife and 2 small children, stayed in the grand suite which had lots of room for toddlers to roam about, very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional as was the level lounge. Only gripe is it’s a very large and busy hotel and it felt slightly understaffed - always a bit of a queue at the concierge, sometimes calls to housekeeping or room service went unanswered but subsequent calls to reception always got us what we need. Overall a pleasant stay and will likely be back when in London.
