Wasn’t expecting much but for one night it was perfect and all we needed. The staff were lovely and so helpful. Even let us order a Deliveroo to reception in the early hours of the morning! The room was basic but all we needed. Hotel was very clean and room too. Three single beds in one room was exactly what we needed. The water was hot which was great! The doors, decor and carpet were dated but a very clean and tidy hotel. Shop in the hotel ridiculously expensive!! Only let down was the sink in the bathroom took ages to drain so must have had a blockage. We would stay again!

Great location and value for money from that perspective. There’s only enough space to lie down in the rooms and read a few reviews complaining about it, but that was fine for us as we didn’t pay enough to have any other experience at the hotel. The beds were comfortable, washroom clean and renovated so it made up for the shortage of space. Breakfast options were available but it’s a huge hotel and often busy so we just preferred to walk and find something on the street every day that we liked which was amazing as well.

The hotel was close to the tube and local shopping as well as some great pubs. It was under renovations, which we were not informed about so our room smelled of strong paint. The windows are very thin in the rooms and absolutely everything could be heard that was going on outside.

This hotel is just Okay, at least with American standards. However its location, ease of transportation, safety and most importantly its price is unbeatable! If you are a budget traveler that doesn’t plan to stay in room for much and care about minimal cleanliness, good location and price this is a good hotel but nothing more!

The location is great in terms of being able to walk to attractions and tube stations. Light sleepers should be aware that it is right next to a busy, noisy road. The only bedding available is a duvet. If you want a light blanket you are out of luck. This is a no-frills, clean hotel well suited for a short visit to London.

I was only here one night, but the staff were very over run. There were lines of people everywhere for checking in and out and since I was a bit early I had to check my bag in to one of the dining rooms because the bag check room was full - it was not secure at all. The room was clean and modern, nice but small and extremely noisy with the from the music in the center courtyard. The area around the hotel was not spectacular and its quite a walk to anything worthwhile - at least the bus stops are close by. I'm glad I was only there for the one night.

We are one of the largest hotels in Europe, and when we are fully booked, we keep our guests' luggage in the temporary meeting place 1 area. We can confirm that our luggage rooms are very secure, and our staff members and security guards are there all the time. Please also note that the security of our guests is of utmost importance to us, and we have strict procedures to ensure their safety. We run security rounds throughout the building every few hours, and you can always contact reception which is available 24/7 if anything disturbs your stay. Rest assured, we are actively working on solutions to improve the efficiency of our check-in process and baggage storage facilities to ensure a smoother experience for our guests.We regret to learn that you found your room noisy and the surrounding area less than ideal. Our team strives to provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for all our guests, and we apologize if we fell short of meeting your expectations in this regard. Regarding the noise, it's central London and some noise levels are expected. This isn’t the flashest hotel in London. But it’s brilliant at what it does. Very friendly and helpful staff. Superb location a short walk from the Tube and perfectly decent accommodation. Good conference facilities with a really good lunch. Can’t fault it.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel it was really central for everything and easy to get around to places. The breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from and the room was adequate for our weekend stay

Royal National Hotel.
Rooms were pretty average but good value for money. They were clean and serviced daily. Staff were friendly and polite. There is a cafe, shop and pub but i didn't visit any of these

Lovely hotel just a 10 minute walk from Euston Station. The porters that I met on both days were both exceptional in knowledge of the area and hotel, assisting me with all questions that I asked. I have stayed many times before and will definitely be staying again. Breakfast was busy but the tables were cleaned quickly and staff there seated us in a timely manner

We had a triple room but there was only 2 plug sockets, so we couldn't l charge out phones at night. The plug socket for the TV didn't work, so therefore we had no TV. The springs were very noisy on the beds. The shower was difficult to get a good temperature due to the taps been covered in lime scale.
