"Great location for walking easily to Waterloo station. Able to walk easily to the Thames and wander along to most of the big sight seeing attractions. National theatre and the old Vic are essentially next door and lots of really nice eating spots surrounding it. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. "The location was excellent. Easy two block walk to the Bayswater tube station on the circle line. Easy to hail a cab. Many great restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. The rooms were very clean though the beds were very hard. I asked about changing rooms to get a different bed and was given a mattress topper, which helped slightly. Breakfast was great. It's optional but worh it. "

"Loved this hotel! Staff was very polite and helpful. We were able to check in a few hours earlier, which was a life saver after getting no rest during our travels. We had a beautiful view of the marines, hopefully the next time we can have a view of the bridge. This hotel is number one for convenience, it is within 15 mins of seeing all the main tourist site. Also there is an Uber taxi that is super quick, wish we had known about it sooner. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. "
