Property was as advertised. Location excellent for metro and buses Appliances all new with well stocked kitchen. Lots of hot water. Construction next door still happening but they only start at 8:30am go to 4pm and not very noisy except for my first day. Enjoyed my stay thank you Natalia

Convenient and quality stay
Excellent location with great access to many sights by foot, bus and tube. Directly opposite Waitrose for those looking to self cater as we mostly did and with plenty of dining options close by also. Flat is well equipped (needs a vege peeler) and was presented just as the listing describes. Currently right alongside a major construction site but not an inconvenience if you are out and about during the day. Overall, highly recommended for a couple.

Perfect location in Kensington
This is the perfect property in Kensington. The flat is within easy walking distance to two underground stations from where you can access the entire city of London! The flat was as described, with a very comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, and excellent wifi for booking our reservations. The flat is very compact in size but of course this is the style of London, with everything very accessible. When I thought that there was an issue with the bathroom (but there wasn’t!), the host was very prompt in responding to my questions. My only small criticism was the lack of a comfy seat in the living room. I would highly recommend this property as a basis to explore the city.

Great location
Within a 15 minute walk to two tube stations and 20 minute walk to Kensington palace. Two parks are available to stroll through which we did most mornings on our way to site seeing or on our way back. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops in the neighborhood. It’s also directly across from a grocery making it very convenient to pick up a few things. Washing machine is very good and we propped the drying rack in front of the living room window and our clothing was dried by the morning. I definitely recommend.

Fantastic Flat!!
This was a perfect location for my 12 days in London. As it was my first visit to the UK, and I was on my own, I wanted to feel safe, and be in a central location. This flat was perfect for my needs. It has every amenity one could need. And is close to everything! Two tube stations are within blocks, and there are 6 bus stops all within one block. It was safe for late night returns from the theater, and early exits to catch trains to my many adventures. A great bakery across the street, also across the street are a wonderful grocery and a beautiful park.. Two blocks down was a fun local pub, the Hansome Cab with good food and cold cider!! Easy communication, clean, super comfy bed, quiet, just everything I could have wanted!! I absolutely will be back!!!

Great location
Loved the location in Kensington near the Underground, bus station and lots of restaurants and shops. The flat is fine with top-notch appliances and a very comfortable bed — but I would have appreciated a comfortable chair. I was surprised there’s construction going on literally right outside the bedroom window— not too annoying but it should have been mentioned in the description. Also, maybe they’re not common in the UK but I’d have appreciated a nonslip mat for the bath tub.

Ideal Kensington basecamp
This apartment was an absolute gem. The location was wonderful ... we could get to any place in the city within 40 minutes (including the Royal Greenwich Observatory on the other side of the Thames). The kitchen was compact but fully functional, and the Waitrose across the street meant that we only needed to plan one mean in advance :) The updated bathroom was nicer than many of the hotels we stayed in during this trip. The only downside was the extensive construction project underway on all sides of the Carriage Lodge building. The crews were respectful of the 8 am to 5 pm work restrictions, and we were happy to enjoy the rest of London during those hours. The owner told us that the work should wrap up within the next few months, so future visitors won't have the same issue.

Clean and Great location!
We enjoyed our stay at the flat. It is truly very well located and has a grocery store facing it…very convenient. The bathroom is equipped with anything you may have forgotten to bring. The kitchen is equipped with cooking supplies, plates, glasses, cups even some tea bags. It also has a washing machine and detergent as it is necessary to wash the towels if your stay is longer than a couple of days. Only 2 people can stay at this flat as this is a regulation Natalia needs to abide by. Natalia was very helpful. The only issue we had is that the bed was a little tight for us and that there is no air conditioning, only a Dyson fan in the bedroom. As the flat is located within a complex; the flat next door to us was rented out to 2 young ladies who were noisy in the middle of the night. And there is construction of a new building next door. These items have no bearing on the flat, it’s just our luck of the draw. I recommend this flat and the location is very good.

Lovely flat in perfect location
If you’re looking for the perfect base camp with easy access to all of London, Natalia’s flat is it. As others have mentioned, tube stations are within just a few minutes’ walk, a bus stop is just across the street — and if you don’t mind walking, there are so many great sites in the area including the Design Museum, Holland Park with Kyoto Garden, Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, Notting Hill, etc., not to mention all of the great shops and restaurants/pubs the general vicinity has to offer. The flat itself is quiet, bright, and had everything we needed. We love having the option to cook our own meals after a long day of touring, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to do so. A Waitrose just across the street was super convenient for our grocery shopping needs. Having a washer/dryer was also a plus. The bed was comfy, and clothing storage space was great. The only drawback would be the damp smell in the flat, but it is an older building, so perfection cannot be expected. And, finally, we were so grateful to Natalia for accommodating our travel needs and being so responsive, helpful, and kind. She is a brilliant host. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and hope to do so in the coming years!

Best Accommodations in Kensington
My stay in Natalia's flat was a great experience. She was very communicative, and checking in was easy. As a solo traveler, I found the flat to be spacious and comfortable. It was clean, and the location was perfect. There was a park just a minute's walk away, and a market across the street made cooking convenient. The nearby tube station also made it easy to explore other parts of the city. I have visited London many times before, and this was by far my favorite place to stay. I will definitely try to book with Natalia the next time I visit.

This flat was perfect for our stay in London. It had everything we needed. From a comfortable bed to rest at night, a kitchen to cook in when we didn’t want to go out, and access to do some laundry before starting the next leg of our journey. The flat was easy to find, very clean, and definitely spacious. Location was wonderful. Tube nearby, Kensington street right around the corner, and plenty of beautiful parks nearby. Natalia was such a gracious host with plenty of guidance for attractions and things to do on our first visit to London. And the opportunity to drop our bags off prior to check in was fantastic. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up for this flat and would 100% stay here again for future travels to London.
