This is my new favourite hotel in France, great reception team who sorted a problem out for me, nice restaurant with great staff, comfy beds, it was so nice I made a stop on the way home, Loches is a lovely town as it’s so alive, can’t wait to visit again, thank you .

Very nice Hotel, it's been open for two years old. The room are very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. Loches is a beautiful and quiet town.

A wonderful place to stay
Outstanding- we liked it so much we might change our plans to stay again. Loches is an ancient and evocative city, lots of places to walk and explore and eat. Hotel in a great location. Breakfast was superb. We thought it was wonderful value for money. Lots of superlatives!

We liked the spacious accommodations - two floors (rather unique) plus another small bedroom within the same suite. We also appreciated impressive architectural details with huge ceiling beams. Parking is conveniently located in front of the hotel and plentiful. Location is excellent and old town and restaurants are just an easy walk away. Hotel and room are in excellent condition and bathroom is luxurious. The only suggestions would be to add a compact refrigerator in the bedroom and also to have some small bar soaps ( we found the liquid soap bottle not functioning properly and not everyone likes the liquid soap option).

Great location in the centre of Loches. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. We had a "Standard Room, queen bed" which transpired to be on the 2nd floor under the roof. Things to Note: 1. There may not be a fridge in the room (ours was too small to allow, but cant tell if this was true for all rooms). 2. You may be allocated a room on 2nd floor which is under the roof and may contain interesting wood beams but will only have a velux window and no view. 3. The Parking offered is in the public square outside the hotel. Spaces are free but cannot be guaranteed.

Wonderful hotel in restored historic building
Magnificent sympathetically recently restored former Palais de Justice insuperb setting in the beautiful historic city of Loches. The room, the breakfast and particularly the staff were of the highest quality. The only negative was the evening meal. A very limited menu, with main course comprising a tiny parcel of pork with 3 different types of courgette!! Not the most interesting vegetable and cooking it three different ways did not inmo improve this. In addition, the wine was poorly served, again inmo! I ordered a Vouvray to start with and a Chirouble to accompany the main course. I had not finished the white wine when the wine waiter (manager?) poured the red wine into the same glass! even though there was white wine unfinished. A disappointing meal but this did not detract from our stay in this most impressive hotel. Word of advice, we would recommend L’Entract and The Hotel de France for diner.- both excellent

Nice view of the Cité Royal. The village market on Saturday and Wednesday had good local products. Convenient location to visit the Zooparc de Beauval and many beautiful chateaux within a half hour drive. Comfortable room and bed and nice balcony.

Simply - an all-round impressive experience.
A wonderful experience for a one night stay. The room was very spacious, comfortable & beautifully furnished at a standard that complemented the impressive building. Dinner was simply delicious with fresh ingredients & a chef who produced wonderful tastes with skill & originality. Of the many dozens of hotels that we have stayed in, this ranks as the best for an all round level of quality at the price.

Très bel hôtel mais le service laisse à désirer…
Très déçu par notre séjour, malgré le fait d’avoir prévenu que nous arrivions tard dans la nuit, personne à l’accueil. À notre arrivée, j’ai eu le temps de me promener dans la salle de restaurant dans la cuisine, ainsi que dans la totalité de l’hôtel, impossible de trouver quelqu’un pour nous donner notre clés… Il était certes 4h40 mais pour une réception 24/24h, même en appelant sur le portable de l’accueil et le fixe personne n’a répondu. et Après de longues recherches à 5h30 nous avons pu regagner notre chambre, après 50 minutes à déambuler. Au paiement du petit déjeuner le matin aucun désolé, aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial, simplement la personne à l’accueil qui nous a indiqué qu’elle mènerait son enquête, mais bon ça ne satisfait pas un client.

Les caractéristiques du bâtiment affectent fortement le réseau téléphonique, nous nous en excusons. Notre réceptionniste de nuit nous a remonté qu'elle s'est excusée auprès de vous directement sur le moment, ce que vous nous avez bien confirmé lors de votre départ. Nous nous sommes également excusés de nouveau lors de votre départ, lorsque vous avez fait part de votre problème à notre Cheffe de réception. Hotel de confort mais pas parfait...
Hotel très confortable.. Joli bâtiment... Le petit déjeuner été excellent.. Parking facile.. Lit très confortable.. Salle de bain excellent... Bémols: la piscine est trop petite.. Sorti dans la nuit à cause d'une fausse alarme, très mal géré par le management.. Pas un mot le matin pour expliquer ou de dire une chose aux clientèles.. Pas de réduction sur le note pour une nuit bien dérangé..
