"A very nice hotel and overall a good place to stay, but I would say it is 4* rather than 5*. We had a Junior Suite which was lovely, but there were a few things not working - i.e. the electric blinds in the bathroom, the shower door did not shut properly, and there was a sewer-like smell at our end of the corridor. "Comfortable stay at Moxy Lisbon City. The place smells amazing when you walk in and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had meant to be 3 travelling but were only 2 in the end and had the 'Family' room option. The sofa bed is very low so appears to be on the floor versus the main bed but both comfy and blackout blinds were much appreciated. "Great family rooms for up to 6 people, 2 bathrooms, plenty of towels, good size fridge, the cleaners kept it super nice. The location is super; close to the city, the ferry and trains to other parts of Portugal. Service varied depending on who you met; the sommelier at the restaurant- she is fabulous and knowledgeable."
