We were able to hear the conversation of people in the room next door even though they were only talking and were woken by their alarm. Bed was firm. "This was the best hotel in Lisbon! We found Lisbon to be somewhat crowded (especially when cruise ships are in). This hotel allowed us to walk all over Lisbon and be in the best areas but out of the hustle when we return. That was amazing. We had a Junior Suite which was lovely, but there were a few things not working - i.e. the electric blinds in the bathroom, the shower door did not shut properly, and there was a sewer-like smell at our end of the corridor.
