Nice property. Clean and quality furnishings. Could do with more non gambling activities e.g only one bar and two restaurants available (one of which was closed on Monday). Also a bit remote for those without a car

The service is excellent. The breakfast is very tasty. A luxury hotel. Eleni from the reception is kind and perfect, helped us with everything we asked for. staff very good

Hotel was superb. Was woken up this morning at 5am by rowdy guests who were screaming, fighting, slamming doors, for about 45 minutes. Not happy about this.

Unexpected Jem
Amazing venue, high standings, great food in each of the restaurants we tried, overall very happy and recommend for everyone looking for a great escape, and like to play casino games.

Overall good
Great room, excellent food and very good customer service. The spa was a real disappointment. Booked a treatment and they were running late. No prior warning and they weren't sure how late it would be. I ended up having to cancel which was a real shame after such a positive stay.

Great hotel with room for improvement
Great hotel, has potential. Service in the Amber Dragon was excellent so was the food. Bed very comfortable. Little things that could be improved plug sockets in room, some were covered up by very heavy furniture. The only bin in the room was in the bathroom!

Very bad hotel
No activity for kids at the evening. On Monday only one restaurant was open. On Monday the activity park was close. The check in was after 17:00 The check out took more than 1.5 hours. The bill was full of mistakes. On top of that some taxi was parking next to my car which was on the valet and he made an accident with my car!!!

The property is new and beautiful, very clean, the stuff is great, the rooms and the pools are beautiful, the only problem is the service at the pool - it took them a long time to serve our food, like an hour to wait for drinks. But beside that it was great.

The staff were rude and uninformed. The place is still under construction. Blackjack dealers give you cards when you dont ask and then you waste time arguing with the bosses. I wouldnt go there even if i was paid to

Amazing vacation
The hotel is amazing. Very beautiful. A lot of pools and places to relax. There is casino and restaurents . The service was wonderful and I would like to say thank you for the service I got from EDWIN BUENSUCESO a manager in the reception.

The hotel is beautiful everything is new and clean. But all the team is new so everything is very slow . The service was very slowly to get towels. They need to learn more. It was soft opening while the price we paid doesnt match to the poor service

Super accueil lors du check-in, hôtel récent (opening en Juin 2023), hôtel luxueux, chambre spacieuse et super bien équipée. Personnel de l’hôtel très agréable. Petit-déjeuner très copieux. Piscine exceptionnelle. Adventure Park à recommender pour les enfants.
