"Went to Knoxville to watch my grandson pitch for the VOLS. The location of cabin to stadium easy to find and only 10 miles away. Took many walks on the property with our dogs. Felt like home. I’m sure we will be back again next year. The hosts to the property were extremely wonderful."

"Location is good with easy access to trails 26 and 27. This place is bare bones. Pretty much pack for camping and expect a roof, beds, a mini fridge and running water. Outside grill is small and ours was layered with bacteria from sitting all winter with food in it. I sent a picture and got a response back of “we are sorry.” That’s fine, but we brought stuff to grill and had to change plans due to this. Overall it was a good stay and the location next to the river is really nice."

"This home is perfect for families! Game room excellent. Loved the fire pit. Dock INCREDIBLE. Loved getting to use the kayaks, an added bonus. Only recommendation is a better entry into the wonderful hot tub. It is very high and steps don’t go up enough for easy entry. Lovely views from most of the home. Highly recommend this home."

"The cabin was wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was spotless, organized, and labeled very well which was greatly appreciated. The matresses were a little too firm for me but I still slept very well, the water pressure was a bit low, the front doors need privacy blinds, and the hot tub could use a little more privacy, otherwise we had a great stay and will definently stay with these fabulous hosts again! Thank You for letting us stay in your cabin!"

"This is a great house to rent. With an older teen, it was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And while we didn't plan on cooking, we ended up making dinner there one night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Because we were out most of the day, we didn't get to see the horses. Hopefully we can spend some daylight hours there next time."
