We got upgraded to a garden villa on arrival which was fantastic especially staying with two teenage children. Having the two bathroom and lots of space was great. Lots of good food options just walking distance and shops. Hotel was clean and good pool for kids. I would stay again.

I loved everything about this property. The location, the staff. The Breakfast. The Spa. The only complaint I had was the room we had did not allow a view. The Balcony view was blocked by a concrete wall. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again. Next time in a Bungalow.

We stayed for seven days room hasn’t been cleaned properly. Once I left the empty bottle on the balcony floor. The portal was there for four days. No one got it. I left the bottle cap in the bathroom on the floor. Hasn’t been cleaned for seven days. It was still there when we were leaving

The rooms and bathroom were clean and updated in the deluxe pool villa. Fair warning to the people on the shorter side like my wife but the pools are fairly deep, I'm 6'2 and was quite surprised when stepping in. Food from the traditional dances was good, but the Ocean Terrace restaurant's food was mixed, with good seafood soup but average steaks. Service interaction was great, but speed was lacking. As Americans so used to the rush it was a bit irritating at times so expect a more relaxed approach and be prepared if that is something you care about. The hotel area had shops and a nearby beach, which was not swimmable due to strong waves. Spa services were average. Overall we were very pleased with our week long stay and would recommend.

There were bed bugs in the bed. When we provided evidence to the reception staff they didn't seem to know what to do about it. At our insistence the bed and bedding was replaced. When the bed was pulled away from the walk it was evident from the dust and dirt that no deep cleaning of the rooms is happening. The air conditioning unit rattled badly - which we rectified by packing the bottom edges with cardboard.
