The male desk clerk was very rude and disrespectful. My niece and nephews knocked on my door to ask a question and he called my room screaming at me telling me I had 7 people in my room. After he realized he was wrong he refused to apologize until the manager came. The hotel was nice and clean the surrounding areas were beautiful but the service from the male clerk was horrible.

Floor tiles in the walkin shower are super slippery and there are no bars to grab onto to keep from falling. Mattress on my bed was worn out

Got a room on the first floor with easy access from the parking lot. Lovely room, comfortable bed, very clean. Walk in shower was nice but floor gets a little slick when wet. We could hear our neighbors but they settled down early. We will be back on our next visit.

Property was very clean and well kept. Pool area was very clean and the staff was nice. ONLY problem is that 4 days later I still have a $100 hold on my credit card! Extremely problematic when bills are due!

I didn’t like the fact I wasn’t told about the incident hold of $100 . I had to spend 30 minutes with my bank trying to figure out what was wrong. If they had informed me correctly then I would’ve known and wouldn’t have went through all the trouble. Also, the overnight clerk was very rude with me. She had no customer service and was rude with me about an incident that happened during my stay. Very unprofessional however, the hotel itself was very nice,clean and quiet. It had a convenient lounge downstairs with a heated indoor pool. Overall I enjoyed my stay despite the unpleasant receptionist and misunderstanding.

Second Night of Charm and Delight
I had extended due to my business taking longer than expected. Again, nice welcoming upon entering the building. My room was clean and inviting. The establishment was again tranquil, feeling like a home away from home. For breakfast, I enjoyed a strawberry waffle with eggs and sausage. Yes, I would stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

The front desk reception was welcoming. The room was clean and inviting. I slept like a baby. The place was tranquil. The shower was spacious and warm. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again. Thank you, Sleep Inn & Suites, for providing me with a place of comfort.

Not as good as last time
Price was great. The room was comfortable. Highway noise was minimal. Breakfast was not as good as last time we started here and was a deciding factor when choosing this time. The hotel was not very full at all but somehow the room directly above us was also occupied. Luckily they were not too loud but just a little planning could avoid it all together.
