We always love the pool, hot tub and sauna. Nicely maintained property and excellent central location close to rue principale, ski slopes and Fun Park, restaurants, shopping and across the street from Provigo. We always enjoy the spacious rooms with wood fireplace and whirlpool tub and kind staff.

The staff was great! It's a nice place if you want to be within walking distance of everything. I'm removing a star as there was a lack of cleanliness. There was lots of dust, and the shower was not clean.

Kayla from the front desk was delightful and welcomed us warmly. Room was nicely updated. Disappointed with the fire place and the only self burning log we found in the bathroom and took awhile to figure out how to heat the room which was freezing. Mini kitchenette was practical. My own negative comment was the level of clean. Floors were not vacuumed before us and the bathroom grout was a bit gross. Overall for a three star and the location, it was good. Perhaps ensure housekeeping vacuums and cleans floors after e every guest and have some instructions for the heating system and fireplace.

It’s affordable and is in proximity of all shops and restaurants. Rooms are comfy but dated. Pool and spa area is clean but is not meant for peace and quiet as this place is also for families and can get a little disrupted.

Convenient Retreat

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable and we appreciated the large soaking tub with separate shower. They have a very reasonably priced spa on site where I enjoyed one of their packages. One of the nicest aspects of this hotel is the location. It was tucked away enough to be quiet, but only a 10 minute walk from a variety of shops, restaurants, and even the fun park/waterpark.

I loved the outside hot tub area but the room was too outdated with very old and tired furniture. It needs to be renovated. It wasn’t very clean either, crumbs on the floor throughout the room and food in the drain stopper in kitchenette sink. Also, the carpets in all the hallways were in desperate need of a vacuum.
