Signage within the casino was not great…no access to room amenities (microwave, refrigerator) without paying for it every time you want to use something. We did not have custodial ever come into our room to get fresh towels.

When we got there, they had given away a room so they put us up in a suite it was obviously the biggest room that either of us had stayed in so of course we had a good time. The one thing I find frustrating though is if you book anything through Expedia, it’s impossible to have them remedy it. I just wanted to add on another night because we made mistake on our booking … It was an impossible to do so. I just ended up booking a it was a impossible to do so I just ended up booking a hotel somewhere else for another day

They charge you $50 a day to put anything into the mini frig!! the pools we paid so much for the resort fee were super crowded. Couldn't use them. parking was a very long distance from elevators

The property was nice and for the most part I enjoyed it, but Jesus everything was so freaking expensive. $16 to drink the coffee in the room? $7 bottles of water. The resturants were also ridiculously priced. I ended up door dashing from nearby restaurants. What happened to the days where Vagas left you money to gamble?? Everything was so expensive just the thought of gambling made me cringe.

Very convenient location, staff were friendly and courteous. We didn’t get our first pick of a King sized bed, but the agent who checked us in offered to put us near the top floor and gave us a food and beverage credit in exchange for us taking a Queen, instead. The pool and beach areas are among our favorites on the Strip. Great food options right there in the property, as well. Highly recommend the Michael Jackson Cirque du Soleil show, as well. MGM parking pass allowed us to easily get around most other parts of the Strip without a crazy amount of walking.

I liked everything except that I feel that families should be put on a separate floor. We couldn’t enjoy watching tv in the evening due to a loud crying kid. Also thought flushing the toilet was loud.

I felt that pricing was too high on food and especially on beverages. the pool hours were too short and restrictions were distributing. Water pressure and constant temperature changes in the shower, drains constantly making noises and a/c not adequate.

Sorry, but this property has seen better days. Staff was mostly annoyed with guests and service showed the lack of care and attention. Pool area was packed elbow to elbow in the lounge chair configuration, not pleasant! Two of the restaurants were superb, Orla and Libertine Social.

Check-in staff that I encountered was unfriendly, and non-accommodating! The room was switched from what I purchase - gave me a double though I reserved and paid for a King. No complementarity anything, or apology, or upgrade to a better view - nothing!

Hidden fees everywhere that are not disclosed at the time of booking. Spent in the area of $300 extra just for parking and a “resort fee” that was not disclosed prior to booking. If I am staying as a guest at the hotel, I would expect to not have to pay $23 for parking every time I use the lot.

Our stay at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino was amazing. Being our first trip to Las Vegas, all of the hotel staff were extremely helpful in making our experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked into the door, after an unbearable nightmare of a travel day, the staff were courteous and attentive. The front desk staff ironed out all issues that had arose due to our flight being delayed 6 hours. They managed to get us into a room and settled in minimal time. The next morning, we decided to check out the amenities on site. There is so much to check out! Naturally, the wife went to get a Mani/Pedi at the spa, which was something she will never forget. Once the spa treatment was done, we walked down to check out the Shark experience. On the way, a mobile massage station was setup, so we paused for an hour and got a much needed deep tissue rub. The Shark Aquarium was huge, as there are many more aquatic species than just sharks in the tanks. This part was something that we could see the little one enjoying (he stayed home for this trip). We even purchased the photos at the end. Upon walking out of the aquarium, the weather was less than favorable. That being said, we went to check out the shops on the Casino level. We would, with out hesitation, choose to stay at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino for any trip into Las Vegas.
