Only 2 of the 4 elevators in district 3 appeared to be working. Very strange smell from the AC. I paid for late check out. 2 staff assured me it was on my reservation but I still got called when I hadn’t checked out at 11.

The room could seemed to be sitting idle for a while and have used a-once over to mitigate the dust. The communication between Housekeeping and the front desk could be better. I added another night to our stay and Housekeeping came by a few times, and opened our door once to see if we were going to get out. I enjoyed our stay for the most part except for housekeeping wanting to push us out after I paid for one more night.

Our room was dirty when we checked in, specifically the bedding. We requested housekeeping 4 different times before someone finally came. The first time we called the housekeeping department, they just sent someone with sheets that they handed to us. Then through ivy, the ai chat, no one came after 3 hours. then we called housekeeping again, nothing, finally we went and stood in line at the front desk for 45 minutes and someone finally came after 1.5 hours. When talking to any staff on the phone they were unhelpful and it always ended with “I’ll let my supervisor know”. Staff in person were great. We reserved a day bed by the pool but what they don’t tell you when you reserve and pay for that on the website is that there is a food and drink minimum you also have to meet. That would have been nice to know before. We used ivy again to do late check out and that was confirmed via text and when we went to go get our keys reset they said they had no record of that. When needing to speak to anyone at the front desk, expect to wait at least 20 minutes. Just seems like the departments in the hotel don’t communicate with each other and there was just an overall lack of genuine care from anyone.

Elevator Facilities are not working. Parking is really a mess and making us to climb 4 floors. Room key didn’t work while exiting out of parking and ending up paying money for parking while checking out.

The housekeeping team was fantastic. The rooms were small but for the price can’t complain. The view was horrible it was the parking garage 😩. So we were disappointed on that part for the 21st birthday trip.

Our room sucked. Super small with a view of the parking garage and small beds which isn’t what we signed up for but it was too much of a hassle to ever talk to anyone because everything is online. But overall the hotel is prime, it’s a great location with lots in the hotel.

Average hotel. We needed connecting rooms so they asked us to upgrade to a suite and front desk told there would be a pull out sofa bed, but once we got to the room there was no sofa bed and hotel staff said they don’t have any and can’t add rollaway bed.

Great location, can't beat it. Lots of places to eat inside and out. It's a bit of a party hotel. If that's all you're looking for this is the spot. As for everything else...at check-in they want you to use machines and not interact with staff, not sure what that's about. Staff also weren't impressed to be talked to, not sure what that's about. The rooms are pretty standard, although we could only figure out the purpose of 2/5 light switches. The air conditioning is also really loud, careful if you're a light sleeper. Pillows we're amazing though, best I've had in a hotel.

The monorail being connected to this property is very convenient. The casino itself has a great selection of games and slots. Housekeeping was friendly and frequent. No complaints here!

My only complaint was the pizza truck it was terrible and the fact that I kept asking for my conditioner dispenser to be replenished and nobody ever did it, my sheets where stained as well as the room walls where slightly dirty with hand stains small but irritating details. Everything else was great!

There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. The safe was broken. There was no other amenities such as a coffee machine or water no ice no vending machines for $350 a night. I expected a little more. The casino was small, but the bartenders were awesome
